How to Enter: To enter, complete and submit the entry form by:

a) Submitting an online form at or b) submitting an official printed entry form. All entries must be received by July 16, 2010. Phone entries as well as unofficial reprinted entries will not be accepted. To request a printed entry form send a request to Fahrhall@fahrhall.com. Only one entry is permitted per household during the giveaway period.

Selection of Winners: Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all entries received. Drawing will be conducted by Fahrhall Home Comfort Specialist during Experts on Call AM800 radio show July 17, 2010. All prizes will be awarded and winners will be notified by mail or telephone. Limit one prize to an individual or household. Prizes are nontransferable and no substitutions are allowed. Fahrhall assumes no responsibility or liability for damages, losses or injury resulting from acceptance or use of prize. Taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the individual winners. No purchase is necessary to win. Winners may be required to verify address or execute an affidavit of eligibility and release within 14 days of notification attempt. Entry constitutes permission to use winners' names and likenesses for promotional purposes without further compensation. No responsibility is assumed for lost, misdirected, illegible or late entries or mail.

Prizes:

Grand Prize: Lennox 13ACX Merit Series Air Conditioner. Winner may opt to upgrade and pay the difference in price between the two different styles of air conditioners. Installation paid by Fahrhall up to $500. Does not include any duct work, connections to existing electrical or gas. Pre-installation inspection required.  Some restrictions apply.  No cash value.

Eligibility Requirements: Giveaway open to city of Windsor residents as well as the residents of the surrounding towns and cities which are being serviced by Fahrhall Mechanical Contractors and its subsidiaries, who are homeowners and of legal age. Employees and their families of Fahrhall Mechanical Contractors, its parent company and its subsidiaries or participating dealers are not eligible to enter. This offer is void wherever prohibited by law.

Privacy: Participants in this giveaway create a business relationship with Fahrhall Mechanical Contractors and it's local sponsoring dealer. Fahrhall and its dealer reserve the right to contact each participant regarding future promotions and offers. Participants names will not be shared with other parties.

Odds: The odds of winning are determined by the number of entries received during the giveaway entry period. A purchase is not necessary to enter, and will not improve the chances of winning.
